  • WHAT DETAILS ARE FILED WITH THE REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES AND FOUND ON PUBLIC RECORD?

    The Memorandum & Articles of Association, Shareholder, Director, Secretary and Registered Office. The identity of the Beneficial Owner can be protected through the use of Nominees.
