Submit your Provisional Tax before the year concludes

As we approach the end of the year, we remind all Cyprus taxpayers that 31 December 2025 is the deadline to pay your provisional tax for the current year.

What you need to know

Under Cypriot tax law, taxpayers must estimate their 2025 taxable income and pay the provisional tax in two instalments (one in July and one in December). If the total paid is less than 75% of the actual tax liability, an additional 10% tax is applied on the remaining amount payable.

Our support

At Michael Chambers & Co. LLC, our Accounting Department can assist with:

  • Reviewing your financial data and estimating your taxable income
  • Preparing and submitting the provisional tax assessment on your behalf
  • Calculating your liability based on your own projections
  • Managing the entire process, including payment coordination

To ensure timely preparation, we kindly request that all necessary information be provided by 15 December 2025.
