An educational seminar organised by the Paphos Bar Association will take place on 11 March 2026 at Neapolis University in Paphos, marking the publication of the collective work “Cypriot Civil Procedure”.
The event aims to provide the legal community and the wider public with an opportunity to explore and discuss one of the most significant institutional reforms in recent years in Cypriot law, namely the introduction of the new Civil Procedure Rules.
Among the trainers participating in the seminar will be Dr Andreas Hadjigeorgiou, Senior Associate at Michael Chambers & Co. LLC, who will lead the session on the hearing stage, offering a structured, practical overview of this key procedural phase under the new rules.
The seminar will also include presentations on interim applications and remedies, as well as costs, followed by a discussion and Q&A session aimed at encouraging the exchange of views on the practical implementation of the new procedural framework.
