On 10 February 2026, Dr Andreas Hadjigeorgiou, Senior Associate at Michael Chambers & Co. LLC, will participate as a speaker at the Final International Seminar of the FAIR Project, held in Brussels.
The seminar, titled “How to use and communicate the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights” focuses on the practical application of the EU Charter and the accessibility of legal remedies for individuals and groups facing rights violations. The event brings together legal professionals, academics, and civil society stakeholders from across Europe.
Dr Hadjigeorgiou is a practising lawyer and a member of the Human Rights Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association. He has also acted pro bono for non-governmental organisations and has extensive experience in human rights litigation. His contribution will draw on this practical background, with particular emphasis on how fundamental rights operate in practice and on the accessibility of litigation processes for vulnerable individuals.
