Konstantina Diola

Konstantina Diola is a litigation lawyer with experience in a wide range of contentious and advisory matters, particularly in civil, employment, intellectual property, and family law. She has appeared before Courts throughout Cyprus, representing both private individuals and corporate clients in complex disputes.

Konstantina advises clients on family, employment, intellectual property, and civil law matters, providing practical and strategic legal solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

She holds an LLM in International Human Rights Law and an LLB from the University of Sunderland (UK) and has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2018.

Before joining Michael Chambers & Co. LLC as a Senior Associate, Konstantina held positions at several well-established law firms in Cyprus, where she gained extensive experience across a broad spectrum of legal practice. Her work involved formulating and executing litigation strategies, drafting complex pleadings, employment contracts, and post-marital agreements, as well as advising clients on family, employment, and civil law matters. Through her prior roles, she developed a strong ability to manage intricate disputes, deliver pragmatic legal advice, and provide strategic guidance tailored to the specific needs of each client.
