With over 25 years of experience in the ship management industry—primarily within the crewing sector—Suzanne brings deep expertise in team leadership, planning, training, and organizational efficiency. Her strong background in managing both people and processes enables her to coordinate the firm’s departments effectively, ensuring optimal performance and service delivery.

Having previously served as HR Manager at Michael Chambers & Co., Suzanne has a thorough understanding of the firm’s internal structure and culture. Her return to a senior leadership role reflects both her capabilities and her longstanding connection with the company.

Suzanne also plays a key role in the firm’s international expansion strategy. Her project management and organizational development skills were instrumental in establishing the firm’s first overseas office in Curaçao.
