Elia became part of our Compliance Department in 2025, as an Internal Compliance Officer, bringing over 15 years of experience in compliance and operational roles. She has strong knowledge of due diligence procedures, third-party onboarding, and regulatory documentation, and she supports the firm’s compliance operations with consistency and care.
She is recognised for her structured approach to work, strong attention to detail, and clear communication. Elia collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain accuracy and ensure full regulatory adherence across all compliance activities.
