Michael Chambers & Co. LLC is strategically expanding its operations to Curaçao. We are committed to excellence, innovation, and delivering outstanding services to our clients. As we embark on this expansion, we seek an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead our Curaçao operations.

Job Description:
The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations in Curaçao. This individual will ensure compliance with local regulations, develop business strategies, perform fiduciary duties in Curaçao, manage financial performance, and lead a high-performing team to drive growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee the operations of the Curaçao office, ensuring smooth business functions.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to support company growth in the local market.
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, and business partners.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
- Lead recruitment efforts and manage a team of local employees.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive market expansion.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and relevant business forums.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be a legal resident of Curaçao.
- Must be proficient in using a computer for essential tasks such as email communication, document editing, and online meetings.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Curaçao business landscape, legal requirements, and economic trends.
- Proven ability to manage financial performance and implement business strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch and Papiamento are highly desirable.
- Strong network and ability to establish key relationships in the local market.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
